Hydrolysed gelatine is a pure, natural protein. Our Hydrolysed gelatine is produced only from calf skins (collagen). We do not use bones for our production!

Hydrolysed gelatine has no jelly strength and is called zero bloom gelatine. Because of the hydroscopic characteristics, the granulation is at 50 mesh. Hydrolysed gelatine is a natural protein carrier and is cold water soluble.
