Instant gelatine is pure, naturally protein. Instant gelatine is produced only from our calf skin gelatine or our pig skin gelatine. We do not use bones for our production!

Instant gelatine has a standard jelly strength of 220 / 240 bloom and a granulation at 100 mesh. We can gladly produce in different bloom values for you.
Instant gelatine is cold water soluble and has a normal jelly strength.
