Instant gelatine |
is pure, naturally protein. Instant gelatine is produced only from our calf skin gelatine or our pig skin gelatine. We do not use bones for our production!
Instant gelatine has a standard jelly strength of 220 / 240 bloom and a granulation at 100 mesh. We can gladly produce in different bloom values for you.
Instant gelatine is cold water soluble and has a normal jelly strength.
